About me and my therapy practice
As we all continue to adjust our daily lives during the Covid-19 situation we are trying our best to cope.
You may be feeling anxious, struggling with the uncertainty of the future. You may find yourself working from home or dealing with the pressures of family life or even both.
You may have considered counselling in the past and now feel this is an opportunity to focus on yourself and personal development.
Counselling can provide some relief during this time while increasing your emotional resilience. I offer therapy in a confidential and safe space online and over the phone.
We can work together in a non-judgemental and respectful way allowing you the time needed to explore your emotions and thoughts.
