I offer online therapy sessions, using Zoom or Skype.
I also offer telephone therapy sessions, for those who may not have access to the internet.
Online counselling has been propelled into the fore with the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. Many feel that seeing their therapist online can offer more flexibility, be less time consuming, and for many fits in with day to day life much more readily.
About me and my therapy practice
Hi, and welcome to RR Counselling & Psychotherapy.
I am fully qualified counsellor with a BA Hons degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy, I have a wealth of experience working within a private practice, higher education and various charities, in and around Liverpool.
We all experience difficlut times in our lives, suffering anxiety, depression, stress, anger, relationship issues, grief, bereavement, physical illness, emotional/physical abuse, low mood, and low motivation, to name just a few of the reasons that people come to therapy.
Often we feel like we don't want to 'burden' others with how we feel, so we try our best to push through and carry on, pretending all is ok. We try and cope by putting a 'brave face' on, though we often feel stuck and unable to move forward.
My belief lies simply and fully in that we all have the ability to change, and feel better about ourselves, I offer a warm and confidential service to enable you to explore what is troubling you, and work through this at a pace which suits you.
