About me and my therapy practice

As a qualified and experienced counsellor, I am here to listen, support and help you through any difficulties you or your family might be facing in these changing and unprecedented times.

Offering both long and short term (Solution Focused Brief Therapy) counselling, therapy can be just a few sessions or may continue over several weeks or months. This will depend entirely on your individual requirements and situation. All counselling is therefore tailored to suit your specific and unique needs and I am committed to helping and supporting you at all times.

In these especially trying times, we welcome all new clients and, subject to availability, can offer you counselling in the comfort of your own home via video or telephone. For clients who are not at ease with online counselling, we look forward to once again seeing you face to face.

I believe that each and every individual is of intrinsic worth and therefore offer each individual unconditional positive regard, empathy, genuineness and respect for you, your values and your personal belief system.
