Or perhaps unhelpful thoughts and painful emotions are adversely affecting your relationships or holding you back from achieving success in life? Well what if I were to tell you that... YOU ARE NEITHER YOUR THOUGHTS NOR YOUR FEELINGS, and you are only suffering because you believe your thoughts to be true.
If you have had enough of painful stories replaying themselves over and over again in your mind and are ready and committed to put a permanent end to suffering, then I can help you reconnect with the truth of who you are. Your True Self is free from bias and fear and lies beyond the limitations of the ego mind. It is always positive, supportive and empowering, and never has an agenda. By reconnecting with your True Self, you will gain clarity of vision, purpose and direction, and you will feel happier, more confident, less concerned about what others might think of you... and you will feel free to consciously create the life that you want, instead of unconsciously living the life that you don't want.
I am a BACP Registered Counsellor, NLP Practitioner, and Certified Life Coach (iPEC) and I offer Emotional Freedom Coaching sessions via Skype/Zoom or phone, at a day and time to suit you.
