About me and my therapy practice
I offer a holistic counselling therapy using an integrative approach, working within a confidential, supportive and entirely non-judgemental environment where every client’s individual needs are supported. I am dedicated to facilitating you in your journey of healing, growth, development and in achieving your full potential in every area of life; welcoming people of all cultures and faiths, and no faith.
As well as being registered with the BACP I am also registered with the Association of Christian Counsellors and offer a Christian model to those who prefer this. I am an Associate Professor in Organisational Psychology with over 30 years’ experience of personal mentoring, coaching, team training, Leadership development, personality assessment and educating at both Higher Education and organisational level.
I offer an initial free assessment interview for all clients where I take some basic details and give the clients some psychometric tests to complete in order to give me and the client a base line of their psychological health. I use an integrative approach and tailor models and paradigms towards the clients specific needs.
