I am able to see you in a private counselling room in Eynsham, on line via Zoom or Teams or by phone, the choice is with you .
I think it helps to know when I have spaces, at present I have availability to see you Monday, Tuesday Wednesday Evening or during the day on a Wednesday or Friday
Finally I am available across the year, if I need to be away I will give you notice

I would bring to your sessions 30 years of experience working with people and the concerns they present with. As a counsellor I am calm, experienced approachable, and accepting.
I understand the searching for and finding the right counsellor can be a big step. I am always happy to discuss any concerns and or questions you might have, and explain how I work

Practice description
I am Pauline, an Associate member of The Adlerian Society of the UK &Institute of Individual Psychology. I have thirty years experience as a Psychiatric Nurse with a Counselling Qualification, working with people both in the NHS and charitable organisations. I use these skills to listen, to understand, reflect, provide space so you have space to accept, grow, heal, and develop strength
Please feel free to contact me by email or phone, both email and phone are checked regularly. I aim to reply within 24 hours
In our first conversation it would help to tell me a little bit about what has prompted the enquiry and together we can decide if 6-12 sessions would work or to consider something longer term
Each session is fifty minutes long and are currently by phone, teams or zoom

My first session
The first session is an opportunity to see if you are comfortable with me, do you feel heard listened to and understood. I am very happy to answer any questions you might have .
I will explain to you the consent form and boundaries of confidentiality and we can discuss what has bought you to consider counselling and what you want to achieve / resolve so that we can together outline a plan that you feel fits you be it short or longer term, weekly or less frequent
