About me and my therapy practice

My name is Bogumila therapist with effective tools rutted in modern psychotherapy and traditional Eastern philosophy of zen and mindfulness.

The uniqueness of my work is based on my ability to create trust and to build therapeutic relationships from first meeting. This will help to find effective ways, skills to overcome difficulty.   

I work with individual clients and couples. Everyone want happiness ad life's improvements, great intimacy and to be fulfilled in their relationship, work and family life but not many can get it. Even some can get it not many can keep it. We need good techniques and people with skills.  


I help to end self sabotage, reinvent self image.I help with relationships related problems ,work's complicated situations.

Reinventing self- esteem,feel good enough and build energising relationship may be your goals too. Breaking through anxiety and  removing what's holding you back needs sometimes professional  support. 

I help you to feel motivated ,grounded, confident, safe, relaxed, to get more space in your mind from the first meeting and to move on in life.

I think the mind(the way of thinking about our self and the World )can greatly affect our decisions, relationships, mental, emotional and physical conditions. I think therapy should bring positive changes to our life from the very first session.

I have worked with difference and diversity in different ways. I recognise the impact of different forms of oppression on personal development, and on the chances that are available to people.

I am committed to working in anti-oppressive and inclusive ways. I am happy to work both short or longer term with people. Short-term work often involves specific issues and goals. This is also true of longer-term work, but can give way to a more free-flow exploration of issues as they arise.

 Mindfulness, gestalt, CBT, creative therapy, focusing on feelings therapy, solution focus  writing therapy, self compassion therapy 

 My Couple therapy is based on modern couple therapy modalities  :developmental ,attachment based, Imago , Gestalt ,non violence communication ,divorce therapy etc.   

My first session

I offer 15 minutes free  telephone/video consultation. We will recognise your goals and needs and set up some strategy even if it will be the only session. There will be a time  for you questions too.

I am available for short therapy support for individuals and couples, children and parents, and for longer-term therapy.

I will help you get in touch with your internal power/intuition so you will know how to use all your inner resources. I can help you to deal with overthinking.
