About me and my therapy practice

I am confident that I can help in any situation.I have some long experiences as a mindfulness teacher I can help in this time of uncertainty, anxiety and isolation I help people working from home to keep their spirit up and those in quarantine .

I counsell clients online and over the phone.I  create atmosphere of trust.I can help you to end self&love sabotage,reinvent self image,communicate like an influencer,achieve soon what you deeply need.I help with your relationships,work,life's struggles,reinvent self- esteem,feel enough,to build energising relationship,to have fulfilling life,breaking through anxiety,to remove what's holding you back.

I help you to feel grounded, confident, safe, relaxed, to get more space in your mind from the first meeting and to move on in life.

I think the mind(the way of thinking about our self and the World )can greatly affect our decisions, relationships, mental, emotional and physical condition and chances in our day to day life. I think therapy should bring positive changes to our life from the very first session. My therapeutic work with individuals and people in relationships aims to help you resolve difficulties and work towards your hopes and aspirations.

My therapeutic work is based on modern Western psychotherapy methods and mindfulness/zen-the more intuitive ways. I consider my therapy approach as integrative-holistic.

I have worked with difference and diversity in different ways. I recognise the impact of different forms of oppression on personal development, and on the chances that are available to people.

I am committed to working in anti-oppressive and inclusive ways. I am happy to work both short or longer term with people. Short-term work often involves specific issues and goals. This is also true of longer-term work, but can give way to a more free-flow exploration of issues as they arise.


Practice description

I work as a person centred therapist and I integrate following skills and techniques:

 mindfulness,gestalt,CBT,creative therapy,focusing on feelings therapy and writing therapy 

My first session

I offer 15 minutes free telefone session after that  my first session will last as other 50 minutes and I will spend some time to find our what is your expectation,hopes and struggles .I will also explain how I work and I will answer to all your question .I will find out with you how many session you will need and what sort of way of work you are looking for.I will do everything to build up therapeutic relationship from the first meeting so you can leave the room feeling much better.

I have worked in a number of settings, as a therapist including child protection, drugs, alcohol & drug addiction, sexuality & mental health settings. 

I work 1-2-1, but also via Skype (N4).

I do at the moment only online and telephone therapy .I create supportive and trustful atmosphere .I work hard during session to help client feeling much better after each session,

15 minutes telefone free session I will help you to feel better , introduce to terms of work and hopefully arrange next session when we can set up your goals and start to get things done to improve different areas of your life.
