Therapy for individual clients ,couple, family.I work with individual and couple clients.I focus on anxiety,traumas,self esteem,relationships .My speciality are:grounding skills,EMDR,mindfulness,chair work,empowering techniques, gestalt 

communication within relationship,narcissistic, emotional and spiritual abuse depression,berevement,work related problems addiction,anxiety etc.I use different effective techniques suitable for different clients.My couple therapy is based on Imago, Non conformational communication, American style called differentiation , Intimacy improvement based on David Schnarch.Dealing with trust issues after infidelity,silence treatment etc.

Tele-therapy through video and/or phone to all who want to be seen and don't have capacity to do in person due to distance or time .Occasionally I could see clients face to face following all Covid restriction rules included to initial contract.

I have immediate openings for tele-therapy (video or phone sessions) and would be honoured to support you during this time of uncertainty. Start with No cost initial 10 minutes session 

About me and my therapy practice

My name is Bogumila therapist with effective tools rutted in modern psychotherapy and traditional Eastern philosophy of zen and mindfulness.I work with individual clients, couples,groups  and families .I work with narcissistic clients or clients who have or had narcissistic people in their lives.

  My way to help my clients is to lead them to self trust and to develop intuitive responses to difficult events or while facing difficult choices and decisions.

I help to end self sabotage, reinvent self image. I help with relationships related problems ,work's complicated situations.

Reinventing self- esteem, feel good enough and build energising relationship may be your goals too. Breaking through anxiety and  removing what's holding you back . 

I help you to feel motivated ,grounded, confident, safe, relaxed, to get more space in your mind from the first meeting and to move on in life.

I think the mind(the way of thinking about our self and the World )can greatly affect our decisions, relationships, mental, emotional and physical conditions. I think therapy should bring positive changes to our life from the very first session.

I have worked with difference and diversity in different ways. I recognise the impact of different forms of oppression on personal development, and on the chances that are available to people.

I am committed to working in anti-oppressive and inclusive ways. I am happy to work both short or longer term with people. Short-term work often involves specific issues and goals. This is also true of longer-term work, but can give way to a more free-flow exploration of issues as they arise.

 My Couple therapy is based on modern couple therapy modalities  :developmental ,attachment based, Imago , Gestalt ,non violence communication ,divorce therapy etc.   

My first session

I create space to talk about goals and to understand your needs during our first meeting .I recognise with you your exsiting network support and ways you can support yourself between our meetings.

About me and my therapy practice

I use modern techniques while working with individual and couple clients .The first step is to develop trust in order to help you to feel comfortable. I use gestalt, EMDR for trauma, working with clients presenting different types of neurodiversity ,anxiety and lost,person centred, psychodynamic and mindfulness techniques.For couple:Imago,nvc,Snarch and differentiation therapy techniques and models.Dealing with infidelity, anger,intimacy problems  confrontation etc

Processing thoughts, emotions and past events is a way to gain clarity in the moment and make the best decisions. I will help you with this process. My listening skills and intuitive understanding of the roots of problems help my clients to feel that they are understood.

During a therapy session, you can really get to the roots of problems. I will help you to process feelings and thoughts. This can be scary, and is sometimes unbearable to do alone.

I will give you the tools to deal with difficult feelings, so that you will be well equipped for what you are facing in life I will help you to build your network of support.

I am available for short therapy support for individuals and couples, children and parents, and for longer-term therapy.

I will help you get in touch with your internal power/intuition so you will know how to use all your inner resources. I can help you to deal with overthinking.
