Practice description

I offer a safe and confidential space where we can work together to explore what is going on for you and why. Looking at issues that may be causing you discomfort or overwhelm. I believe counselling offers you the chance to fully understand who you are and why you are, therefore offering you the opportunity to choose your way forward.

I have great empathy and work honestly with my clients, viewing everyone as unique allows me to work with neurodiversity and neurotypical alike.

My experience lies heavily in childhood trauma and how this effects us moving through life, creating cycles of behaviour.

I have a BSc Hons degree in integrative counselling and am a registered member of the BACP and UKCP
