About me and my therapy practice
I offer long and short term therapy face-to-face in East London or online nationwide. My aim is to help identify patterns of behaviour which may no longer serve you, and help you relate better to yourself and the world around you.

My first session
I offer a complimentary 15 minute phone call ahead of booking an initial appointment. At our first appointment, we will take an in depth look at the issues you would like to address and identify goals for your therapy.
