About me and my therapy practice
I’m a BACP registered counsellor offering sessions in Cambridge, online and Burwell which is a village north of Cambridge.
My approach to counselling is integrative having trained in person-centred, humanistic and psychodynamic approaches. I believe you are the expert of your own life, even if it doesn’t feel that way at the moment. I’m here to offer a safe, non-judgemental and nurturing environment in which I will support and help you as we explore the issues which led you to seek counselling.
Our first session will be an introduction session where I can get more of an understanding of why you are seeking counselling, explain how our sessions might work and you can ask me any questions you might have. It will be completely up to you if you'd like to continue.
Before training as a counsellor, I worked in a corporate environment for large organisations and bring knowledge and understanding of how this type of environment works and the related stress and pressure that can come with it.
I also have a particular interest in infertility, donor conception and relationship dynamics be that family, friends, work or romantic.
If you're struggling please get in touch and find out how counselling with me can help you.
