"Most of us experience stress and distress at certain points in our lives. The good news is that there are effective, evidence based, psychological treatments. Often the challenge is finding someone who is a qualified expert professional who can help us successfully navigate our way through these upsetting experiences and difficult times.

Amy combines robust psychological knowledge and extensive clinical experience with a thoughtful, emotionally intelligent and compassionate approach to patient care. Amy provides an excellent standard of clinical care whilst building rapport and a strong therapeutic alliance with patients.

She establishes a highly collaborative approach to helping her patients develop, and maintain, an effective tool-kit of cognitive and behavioural techniques to improve their psychological health and wellbeing." (Dr Brian Marien, The Positive Group)
