About me and my therapy practice

I work from a Person Centred approach which means I believe each individual is unique and can reach their full potential given the right conditions including a safe space to be heard and understood. I am committed to non-discriminatory practices and to fostering equality in the therapeutic relationship.

I aim to provide an empathic, safe and reflective space for you to gain self-awareness, improve your psychological wellbeing and make better life choices.

I have vast experience working with a diverse range of clients in organisations and work with a range of psychological and emotional difficulties and trauma, including anxiety, depression, adjustment to loss & bereavement, challenging life transitions, and concerns around self-esteem.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy(BACP) and follow their ethical code.
