I am able to offer you an experienced, friendly, and professional, confidential counselling service that is tailored to your requirements, using both traditional and contemporary methods of counselling /psychotherapy to provide you with effective results.

Cash and card payments accepted. I do not accept credit cards.

My first session

I offer an initial 30 min consultation for all new clients. This meeting will enable us to decide if what you are bringing is suitable for counselling, (if not, I can advise on referral options) if we are a good fit to work together, and how we can work together. The fee for this consultation is £10 which is deducted off your first therapy session if we decide to progress the work.

About me and my therapy practice

Hello and welcome. My aim is to offer trainee and qualified Counsellors / Psychotherapists and other professionals an opportunity to jointly develop a climate whereby we can be who we are, learn and grow from each other, in a supportive relationship of trust, mutual respect, empathy and transparency.

Supervision is bespoke to individual practitioner requirements and is collaborative in creating a flexible working agreement. The work incorporates developmental, resourcing and qualitative aspects.

I hold a BPS approved certificate in clinical supervision and a certificate in supervision (Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy).

Cash and card payments accepted. I do not accept credit cards.

Fees: £60.00 (1.5hrs) £45.00 (1.0hrs)
