Due to the COVID-19 pandemic I am unable to take on any new clients in London although I am at my Newbury Practice
I am assessing the possibility of restarting in October, subject to government restrictions, assessments of client welfare and the social responsibility.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer face to face psychotherapeutic counselling; focusing on clients with a history of anxiety and depression; linked to loss, trauma, drugs or alcohol.
I work with my clients to understand the roots of their issues, developing self acceptance, coping strategies and supporting a process of healing.
My practice in London offers appointments on Wednesdays
Usually I start with a block of 6-8 sessions.
My fees are £50. I do offer some concessionary rates.
Contact me by email for a free phone consultation.

I am currently open to taking on new clients: -
I feel that it is very important to build trust and a good working partnership and for me this requires, at least, the first session to be in person. Due to the current levels of risk in-person sessions would require you to wear face covering, while I wear a surgical mask.
The rooms are cleaned thoroughly, there are hand washing and sanitising facilities, there are clear procedures; and health and risk appraisals are made for each visit.
After one or more in-person sessions we can talk about moving some sessions on-line; this requires the client to have a private and safe place, and the ability to join a Zoom call.
Please contact me and we can talk it through and understand if I can help.
About me and my therapy practice
In my Newbury practice I offer face to face counselling including services for adults and young adults (16+); those suffering with feelings of anxiety, depression; lacking self-esteem, experiencing relationship or identity issues; including self harm and issues with substance abuse.

I currently have appointments available on Monday evenings.
I offer both short and long term work. Usually starting with 6 weekly sessions.
My fees are £50. I have some appointments at a reduced rate.
Please contact me in the first instance by email. I offer free telephone consultations.
