About me and my therapy practice

I have worked as a counsellor and psychotherapist for over 8 years and I am experienced in working with adults and young adults across a wide range of psychological difficulties.

You may be feeling trapped; as if there’s no way out of your current situation... Low mood, anxiety, stress and behavioural issues all come from feeling stuck and feelings of shame, guilt or avoidance get layered on top leading to a feeling of pressure.

I believe that therapy is about trusting someone to help you find a way out of your situation - I can help you do this.
