About me and my therapy practice
I am a masters degree qualified integrative therapist who is committed to offering a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space for you to explore any emotions, thoughts, and issues you may be encountering. I work from an integrative approach as I value one style does not suit everyone, thus, I have implemented different approaches and use different therapeutic techniques to suit every individual’s needs. I work in a gentle and empathetic way for you to explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe space without feeling judged.
As individuals we can sometimes encounter a range of difficulties and challenging times which can make it tough for us. Therefore, it is crucial to recognise when you need help in these times of difficulty. In therapy with me I will provide you a safe, non-judgemental space where you feel comfortable to talk about anything that is on your mind. I will offer you a safe empathetic space to come and speak to me about any emotions and thoughts that you are feeling.

As a therapist I help clients talk about any struggles they may be undergoing and identifying their goals and troubles. I as a therapist am here to listen and support you in times of difficulty and hardships and accept you for who you are. If you feel unheard, rejected, and upset I am here to listen to you and would like to offer you a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings.
Talking about how we feel can be very helpful and I am here to listen to you. If you would like to have therapy sessions with me, I offer face-to-face therapy sessions, online sessions, and telephone sessions. My first session
I understand first sessions can sometimes be difficult, but I will always ensure that you are feeling comfortable and ready, but at the same time recognising if counselling is right for you. To do this I will offer you a 15-20 minute telephone or online consultation for you to ask any questions that you may have about therapy sessions. Likewise, I will do an initial assessment with you to understand what areas you would like help and support in. This will also give us a chance about how we could work together and talk about the style of therapy you require.
