About me and my therapy practice
Hello there.
Thanks for considering me as a possible therapist - and taking the time to read this.
I’ve been honoured to be helping people on their journey towards mental wellbeing for several years now. I’ve experience of working in the NHS environment alongside GP’s and their patient’s mental health concerns.
I'm here to listen and support you in your progression. I'm not a life coach, I'm not an expert in your life. But I am educated and qualified to help you work through your thoughts and emotions - especially as they impact you in today's modern world.
Feel free to contact me. It would be great to have an initial chat, and we can make a decision whether or not to take things from there.
Best regards
Practice description
I have an Honours Degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate Qualification in Psychotherapy and Counselling.
I adhere to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) code of ethics, with whom I am registered and the British Psychological Society (BPS), of whom I am a graduate member.
I focus on a person-centred approach with an emphasis on the integration of practices oriented towards resolution of trauma and associated learned coping behaviour.
