About me and my therapy practice
Depressed? Feeling sad? Anxious? Panic attacks? Grieving?
I'm here to listen to and support you in your journey to wellness.
I'm a qualified therapist experienced in helping clients work through their thoughts and emotions. I've been honoured to be helping people on their journey toward mental well-being for several years now.
I'm not a "life coach", and I don't claim to be an expert in your lived experience - but I am qualified in numerous therapeutic approaches that have been shown to help people work through their thoughts and emotions.
I'll draw on my training in the person-centred approach (PCA), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and dialectic behavioural therapy (DBT) to provide you with a pluralistic and integrated therapy experience. I use my learnings and experiences to help you see patterns of behaviour and unuseful thoughts - so as to help you thrive.
Practice description
I have a Degree in Psychology and a Masters's Degree in Psychotherapy. I'm also a trained Dialectical Behaviour Therapist (DBT) Practioner.
I adhere to the code of ethics of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Society for Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (SdDBT).
I've experienced working in the NHS and the Private Health Sector as a Therapist. I am also part of several specialist clinical teams that delivers Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Before our first session, we will have a brief introductory call to discuss how you are - what is troubling you - and how I could best assist.
