About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes life can feel like a struggle. It can be really hard to find a way forward. I am a professionally qualified and experienced  counsellor and I offer a warm, sensitive and confidential space to be heard without judgement to help you explore your thoughts and feelings.

If you are having a difficult time, maybe I can help. You may be struggling with anxiety, stress, self confidence, depression, relationships, bereavement, anger or loneliness or it could be something else? I offer a confidential space for you to talk freely about whatever is troubling you.

Counselling can help you explore the difficulties you are facing, bring new awareness and perspectives and support you in understanding relationships. This process can help you enhance your emotional wellbeing and build resilience to handle life's challenges.

I am a registered member of the BACP and as an Integrative counsellor, I am professionally trained and experienced in using a range of counselling approaches. As everyone is different, this means I can take an individual approach to each client and tailor it to meet your particular needs.

I have a BSc (Hons) degree in Therapeutic Counselling,  Level Four Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling and I am a National Counselling Society certified Online and Telephone counsellor.

My Integrative training draws on humanistic, psychodynamic and relational theories and I am also trained in using creative resources in therapy as some clients find this approach helpful in exploring thoughts and feelings.

If you are interested in seeing if counselling could be helpful to you, please contact me for a free initial telephone consultation.

Practice description

I support clients through face to face, online and telephone counselling sessions and I offer a warm, sensitive and confidential space and a client led approach to support my clients with whatever is troubling them.

I offer weekly sessions on a short term or longer term basis. My counselling practice is in Camberley, Surrey and I offer support to adults and young people aged 16-18 in Camberley and local areas including Fleet, Farnborough, Ascot, Sandhurst, Windlesham and Guildford.

I work Monday to Friday with some availability in the evenings.

I am currently supporting my clients by offering therapy either face to face or remotely through sessions online via webcam or by telephone.

My first session

Initial Telephone Consultation

Choosing the right counsellor and one you can trust is really important. To help you decide, I offer a free 30 minute initial telephone consultation to find out about you and for you to see if I am the right fit and can offer you the support you need.

First Session

If you decide to go ahead with counselling, we can agree an initial number of sessions (for example 6) and can then regularly review to see how things are going and whether more sessions would be helpful to you. Counselling is always your choice and you can always stop counselling at any time.
