About me and my therapy practice
I am an integratively trained counsellor and registered member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I have experience of working with adults with a wide variety of presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, work and relationship/family stress, bereavement, self-harm, addiction, trauma, abuse, chronic pain and illness. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds.
I believe that by working together, counselling can help us to explore and make sense of difficult feelings and experiences. I offer a safe, confidential space where clients can gain a clearer understanding of themselves and make a difference to how they feel.
Contact me via The Wellbeing Clinic (01865 751111) or via my email to arrange an initial consultation during which we can explore what brings you to therapy and I can answer any questions you may have. This is an opportunity for you to get a sense of whether I might be the right person for you to work with.

During a first meeting, you will get an idea of what a session is like and whether you feel I may be the right person for you to work with. It's a chance for you to tell me what you might be hoping for from therapy and ask any questions you may have.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an integratively trained counsellor and supervisor with experience of providing both 1:1 and small group supervision. Much of this experience has been working with counselling and supervision trainees and also in NHS and private healthcare settings, supporting both staff and volunteers. I work relationally and collaboratively, with the aim of creating a safe, supportive place for learning and the exploration of client work.
Practice description
I offer supervision either in person, either in the workplace or at The Practice Rooms in Summertown, or remotely via Zoom.
My first session
If you would like to talk to me about supervision, please do get in touch so that we can arrange to meet and you can ask any questions you may have. I look forward to hearing from you.
