About me and my therapy practiceCounselling is a confidential, safe space where the client is encouraged to think and talk about their inner most feelings without feeling judged. My role as your counsellor would be to help you manage these feelings and explore them to a much deeper level whilst giving you the autonomy to help you find your own personal solutions. Counselling can sometimes be a long and painful process, but with my help and experience I hope to help you process your thoughts and feelings in a safe space that is just for you.
I have experience working with clients of all ages, suffering from a wide range of issues. This includes, but is not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, anger, depression, profound sadness and despair, frustration, stress at work, bullying, low self esteem/ confidence issues, menopause, miscarriage and relationship issues
My first sessionStarting therapy can be very daunting and so in the first instance, I aim to help you feel at ease and supported in telling me about what has led you to seek counselling.
We will have an initial telephone assessment where we would then begin to make sense of your problems together, how you see yourself, the world and your place within it.
An initial meeting/conversation will give us both an opportunity to see if we feel comfortable working together either online or face to face.
