About me and my therapy practice
You may be struggling with overwhelming emotions and have various ways of coping, which are not helping. It might be because of a current relationship or difficult relationships in the past. You may have suffered childhood abuse or been bullied at school. Perhaps you are struggling to cope with work pressures and are experiencing anxiety and stress. Whatever your concerns, having a trained professional facilitate a safe space where you can be yourself and share your issues, as well as your goals for change, can be healing. Therapy provides a safe, empathic and non-judgmental space where you can move towards change.
