About me and my therapy practice

I work with your presenting problem along side you to reach solution or resolutions to improve your wellbeing. Utilising my experience, knowledge and skills from over 40+ years of therapeutic work within mental health care I bring a blended approach of counselling, CBT and analytical approaches tailoring interventions to meet your needs.

Practice description

I am a mental heath nurse by background, CBT hi-intensity therapist and transactional analyst psychotherapist and provide a wide range of skills and knowledge to each session.

I tend to work up to 20 sessions, with goal focused therapy contracts with defined goals and outcomes. I use common and widely used self assessment scales to help identify common mental health issues in accordance with accepted NHS NICE guidance to include, depression anxiety self-esteem issues.
