About me and my therapy practice

Are you struggling with anxiety, separation or divorce, family issues, sexual abuse or a bereavement? Do you feel confused, anxious, worried, unable to cope, or just not sure what to do? Talking things through with an experienced, non-judgemental counsellor in a confidential environment may find you a way forward As an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist I work in a tranquil, relaxing setting only 10-15 minutes drive from Oxford city centre, and conveniently located 5 minutes drive from the A34. I am also within easy reach of Headington, Kidlington and Bicester. My training is in the Person Centred Approach, but I also draw on integrative skills, tailoring my techniques and approach to be the most suitable for the individual client. My positive supportive attitude communicates understanding, trust and acceptance to the client who is encouraged to see themselves in a more balanced and accepting way. This will allow the chance to change how you feel about life, find resolutions to the conflicts and difficulties you experience and make positive choices about your future.
