About me and my therapy practice
Are you having to cope with anxiety, relationship issues, life changes, loss, depression, stress, change, abuse, addiction, low self esteem, trauma or perhaps you are just not feeling as you'd like?
Life is difficult sometimes and managing feelings or situations can be overwhelming.
I believe that establishing a confidential, trusting, non-judge-mental and respectful relationship is vital to counselling. This is why I offer our first 60 minute session free and without obligation. This gives us a chance to meet face to face to briefly discuss what it is that has brought you to counselling. You can ask any questions you might have. It allows me to be clear on how I work, what counselling is and isn't, and how we might move forward. Discovery surpassing recovery is the plan for our talking therapy.
I work with empathy, honesty, kindness, humility and creativity when appropriate.
I believe in therapy being a collaborative experience and I am respectful and mindful of the uniqueness of every individual. My approach uses a blend of theories and methods to suit you and your situation.
