About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced wellbeing specialist and integrative counsellor.
This means I have a wide variety of techniques available to help improve your mental health and wellbeing.
I have a person centred base which means I always offer a space for you to off load and increase your own awareness.
I also empower your with life long techniques to manage your mental health such as Mindfulness, Compassion Focussed Therapy, CBT depending on what you need.
As I have worked for national and local mental health charities for over 15 years I have extensive experience helping people overcome: Anxiety, stress, anger, depression and low self worth (amongst other issues).
I am an Anxiety UK Approved therapist and qualified mindfulness teacher.
My first session
I offer a free 30 minute consulation either over the phone, zoom or in person to ensure you feel right working with me and that I feel I can help you.
In the first session counselling session we will spend more time exploring your reasons for seeking therapy, overall goals and agree a way of working together
