About me and my therapy practice

Hello. Face to face sessions following appropriate guidelines are now available. I have provided counselling and psychotherapy services to individuals, couples and groups since 2006. I also offer supervision and mediation services. I believe in the intrinsic ability of all individuals to create a contented life for themselves. With this in mind I aim to support and facilitate clients to achieve their goals.

I am fully accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). The modality I have trained in most is Transactional Analysis, though in my work I also frequently use CBT, EFT/Tapping, NLP, Family Constellations and others.

I welcome inquiries from individuals regardless of social background, ethnicity, sexual orientation, sexual identity, religious or political views.

Current clients include private practitioners, trainee counsellors and organisations dealing with substance addictions and domestic violence. I also offer training and mediation services.
