About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes the challenges we face in life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, isolated or stuck. This can be a difficult place to be and seeking support through counselling can be the first step in making sense of our difficulties and finding a way of moving forward.
I am a qualified and experienced counsellor, offering a warm, non-judgemental place where you can talk through whatever is troubling you. I work with compassion, trust and respect, collaborating with you on finding a way forward that will help you gain a better understanding of yourself and a clearer sense of what you need.
I work using an integrative-relational framework, combining different approaches to tailor therapy to your individual benefit, while placing the value of the counselling relationship at the core of the work.
The reasons for seeking counselling are as individual as you. It may be that your wellbeing is affected by anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, loss or childhood traumas that are hard to move on from.
Whatever your difficulty, I aim to help you process the thoughts and feelings you are experiencing and find choices leading to improved wellbeing.
