I offer a safe, non-judgemental, compassionate and confidential space where you are accepted and heard.
I am committed to building a meaningful therapeutic relationship with you. In this relationship you are offered genuine empathy and professional support as you explore what you are thinking and feeling about yourself and your situation. This relationship will be a collaboration between us which I believe is important to support you to feel more comfortable, at ease and to go at your own pace.
I use an integrative approach which means that I will adapt my therapeutic approach to meet your specific needs and requirements.
This process will empower you to find your own unique way towards your own healing and goals.
