About me and my therapy practice
Thank you for stopping by. Seeking help can be challenging; there is the worry if the therapist is the right person for you. If you are strong enough to take a look at what is troubling you, or what may come up as you start to think about things beyond the immediate problem.
I offer a space where you can take time to unpack what you have held on to for a while. Or what you may have been surprised by recently. Perhaps your dealing with something that has simply left you feeling overwhelmed? In any case, it may come as no surprise to you, but as you read you have made a start in working towards understanding what you are sitting with now.
So where do we go from here? I believe whether you feel stuck, less engaged, indulging more than you would like to, a different opportunity waits with accessing therapy. It is a moment each time to explore the roots of your current difficulties; from the start, establish if this is the right time for you or address any concerns.
