About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice. I work with individuals and couples, offering short-term, longer-term and open-ended counselling.
I offer a confidential, safe, respectful and supportive space to help you explore and address your concerns. I believe that counselling is about listening to you without judgement and helping you to explore your thoughts and feelings in order to see things - and yourself - in a different light.
