About me and my therapy practice
Jealousy, depression, panic attacks, anger, fear, anxiety, problems with sleep, difficulties with sex, troubles with love and work. Any of these things can leave you overwhelmed, and may seem impossible to overcome on your own.
By talking things through with someone who listens carefully, it can be possible to shift the burden so that you can get on again with your life.
If you want to know something about what is going wrong in your life then come and meet me for an exploratory chat. You will be able to tell me something about what has prompted you to call, and something about your background and situation. You will be able to ask any questions you have and find out if we can work together. We can discuss practical details like how often you would like to come, and how much it will cost if we decide to work together.
Sessions may vary in length and are usually paid for one at a time at the end of each session.
My first session
It can take courage to make the first step – but it is the first step to regaining a sense of control over your life, your love, and your work. If our first encounter works for you and you find that you are able to speak about what is important to you, then we can discuss our terms of work and agree a way forward. Each person is different and it is difficult to predict, but it will be important to think about how often you would like to attend your sessions, and the price you are prepared to pay.
