About me and my therapy practice
Life can be very difficult at times and sometimes very confusing. I want you to know that I can offer you a safe, non-judgemental space, where you can explore what you are feeling, work through your confusion and really feel truly heard and seen. This space offers you an understanding, yet gentle and supportive approach. I believe providing this place of respect and compassion allows for the development of a good therapeutic relationship which is pivotal to the best outcomes and lasting change. Working together, you can expect a warm, kind, professional approach.
Practice description
I am an integrative counsellor, I work with you using different approaches, techniques and tools that work best for you which help enable and support you on your journey. I have particular experience in supporting clients coping with; bereavement, loss, anxiety, self-esteem, family issues, relationships, sexual orientation, career difficulties, purpose and meaning, coping with life changes, domestic abuse and trauma and compassion fatigue. I work with my clients in creating an open, safe and confidential environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking this first important step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
