I am an experienced counsellor, and also teach counselling at college, providing a safe, non-judgemental environment to help with your difficulties. I cover a range of issues including stress, anxiety, panic attacks, family issues, self-worth and confidence as well as other problems you may have. It’s not unusual to experience these troubles, we all need help now and again. I offer sessions in Leeds city centre and remotely online
