About me and my therapy practice

I provide a warm, safe and accepting space where you choose what you need to talk about and process. The practice facilitates an environment where you work at a pace that feels right for you, in effect you will be leading the session, yet I will be alongside you every step of the way. The process will not involve direct questions, instead I will be enabling you through your worries and concerns for you to gradually discover answers to those issues that interfere with your everyday life. It can often be a painful and frustrating journey; however with my support and your perseverance you will begin finding answers to those long overdue questions. I work in an open ended way. Sessions fifty minutes.

Practice description

Hello. I am a person-centred counsellor. My experience centres around people experiencing bereavement and loss. My work in Pre-bereavement supports people having to cope with the challenges and uncertainties of the impending death of a loved one. I also have experience with sudden loss, such as losing a loved one to a murder or suicide., and the devastating impact it can have on friends and family.
