About me and my therapy practice
Does Facebook make you feel as if everyone is having a better life?
People come to counselling for many reasons. Constant stress and anxiety can make everyday life feel impossible or you may find yourself struggling against recurring depression. It can feel that you are stuck in a repeating pattern with no way out. You may need help making sense of difficult feelings; conflict, relationship difficulties or loss.
If you need insight and support to recognise your strengths and become aware of the choices you have, I can help you come to a better understanding of yourself and how to manage your fears and anxieties.
I offer a confidential space where you feel safe to explore these issues. You can develop greater self-awareness and clarity in your life and find an easier way of being.
