About me and my therapy practice
People come to counselling for many reasons. Constant stress and anxiety can make everyday life feel impossible or you may find yourself struggling against recurring depression. It can feel that you are stuck in a repeating pattern with no way out. > Together we can make sense of these difficult feelings. Conflict in family relationships, loss, isolation, low self esteem and life transitions are some of the many challenges which threaten your mental wellbeing. I will help you to find a different way of looking at things and gain a clearer understanding of yourself and your relationship with others.
You can develop valuable insight, recognise your strengths and find a clearer direction in your life. I provide a confidential space where you will feel safe and supported to explore your innermost feelings.
