About me and my therapy practice
People come to counselling for many reasons. Stress, anxiety or low self esteem can make it feel difficult coping with life, especially when circumstances are challenging. Many find themselves constantly struggling against recurring depression and it can feel that you are stuck in a repeating pattern with no way out.
Others may feel overwhelmed by loss; bereavement or the end of a relationship. It may feel impossible navigating transitions in life and finding a way to adapt to the new world you find yourself in. I can help you to make sense of this and to recognise your strengths.
You may need help and support to deal with this and understand the choices you have. You can come to a greater awareness of your unconscious drives and how things could work better for you. You can learn to see yourself in a more positive light and challenge your 'inner critic'.
I provide a confidential and reflective space where you will feel safe to explore these emotions and find a better way forward.
