About me and my therapy practice
People come to counselling for many reasons. Constant stress and anxiety can make it feel impossible coping with everyday life or you may find yourself struggling against recurring depression. It can feel that you are stuck in a repeating pattern with no way out. You may just need help making sense of difficult feelings.
Some feel overwhelmed navigating loss or life transitions and finding a way to adapt to a new world they find themselves in. I can help you to find a way through this.
You may need help and support to recognise your strengths and become aware of the choices you have. You can come to a better understanding of yourself and your place in the world. You can learn to see yourself in a more positive light and challenge your 'inner critic'.
I offer a confidential space where you feel safe to explore these issues. You can develop greater self-awareness and clarity in your life and find an easier way of being.
