About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited and qualified therapist with UKCP and a registered member with BACP.
I offer an approachable professional psychotherapy services, and leadership coaching, integrating my clinical training and practice, with my experience as CEO for a social enterprise. My aim is to help clients through therapy and coaching to achieve clarity and insight so that they can make better sense of their lives, feeling more empowered and with improved emotional resilience.
I work with both individuals and couples.
As an accredited therapist with over 10 years’ experience, I integrate a range of talking therapies including Jungian therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I am also trained in providing EMDR, a treatment designed to reduce the distress caused by trauma and PTSD informed by neuroscience. EMDR is endorsed by NICE and used in the NHS.

I provide modern therapy and coaching services face-to-face in Berkhamsted and Watford, or via video conferencing (Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp video).
At this time of social distancing, many clients have found online therapy as effective as face-to-face therapy and provides people with the flexibility to access support, at the time they need it. My work appeals to a range of people and professionals looking to address blocks to achieving personal goals and enhance wellbeing.
My first session
The first session consultation is 60 minutes in length and I will better understand the therapeutic support you are seeking at this time.
The cost of the consultation is £50.
