About me and my therapy practice
My name's Tamsin, I'm a BACP registered psychotherapist working for the NHS, in private practice and as a regular contributor to Metro.
I work with a wide range of clients who share one thing in common: they are all seeking change. People come to therapy for myriad reasons – often they feel lost, ‘stuck’, or wish to understand or better cope with an aspect of their lives. It is a creative collaboration in a confidential, safe, non-judgemental space.
In therapy we explore your position towards the current issues you face within the context of your past relationships and experiences. We identify patterns as they arise and examine unconscious assumptions, reactions and motivations.
Together, we piece together the puzzle of what is troubling you, so that old wounds can heal and you are supported in moving forward in a more satisfying and meaningful way.
To book your free no obligation consultation please contact me. Sessions are 50 mins long and priced at £85 / £40 (low income). At the moment my low fee slots are full, but you can message me to join the waiting list.
I look forward to hearing from you.
