About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced attachment-based psychotherapist I work in private practices in Islington, Mayfair and online via Zoom.
I specialise in working with attachment-related issues such as difficulties in relationships, identity, depression, anxiety, grief and addiction. I previously spent several years at an NHS hospital working with clients with diagnoses related to complex trauma and experiences of abuse, trauma and neglect. I also specialise in working with those in the arts & entertainment industries (I run a group called the Music Industry Therapists & Coaches and sit on the Health board at the Association for Electronic Music). I have been featured in music publications such as Rolling Stone, Billboard, the Guardian, DJ Magazine & IQ, written for Musician's Union, AFEM, Mandarin Oriental Hotels, Metro, Refinery 29 and spoken at conferences in London, Paris, Amsterdam & Malta.
In my private practice, I work with a broad client-base. My client’s are typically facing issues related to:

- grief, loss and bereavement
- trauma, neglect, physical, sexual and mental abuse
- identity, meaning and purpose

- anger and emotional difficulties (including diagnoses of anti-social personality disorder, schizo-affective disorder, complex PTSD, BPD and dissociative disorders)
Practice description
I work from Islington and Mayfair. My therapy rooms are geared towards creating a calming, holding space. They are comfortable, light, quiet and green.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for me to learn more about you and why you chose to come to therapy now. We'll think together about what it is that is bothering you and take a brief overview of your personal history.
If we both get a sense that we'd work well together we agree to commence sessions as soon as we're both able to.
Sessions are paid monthly in advance and tend to be weekly or twice a week, depending on what's needed.
