About me and my therapy practice
The therapeutic process is challenging and transformative. I aim to work collaboratively and psychodynamically with people to discover ways of understanding themselves and the aspects of their experience which may be causing them dis-ease. The process offers no "magic bullets" and may take some time, although people often feel more able to engage differently with life after a relatively short period of therapy.
I am currently working on-line, using SKYPE, FaceTime, WhatsApp and Google Hangouts.
