Hi, I’m Karolina, a qualified counsellor specialising in anxiety, perfectionism, and overthinking. My approach is warm, validating, and grounded in the belief that you are not broken—your mind has simply learned to protect you in ways that may no longer be serving you.

I tailor therapy to your unique needs, combining evidence-based strategies with a deeply compassionate, person-centred approach. My work integrates:

Person-Centred Therapy – You are in the driver’s seat of your healing journey. I provide an empathetic, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely.

Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – We’ll identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns that contribute to anxiety and self-doubt.

Self-Compassion & Mindfulness – Learn to quiet your inner critic, manage stress, and develop a kinder, more supportive relationship with yourself.

Practical Strategies for Overthinking & Anxiety – Develop tools to manage rumination, reduce decision paralysis, and regain control over racing thoughts.

Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with you to find what feels most helpful and meaningful for your healing journey.

Are you curious about counselling but unsure where to start? To help you feel comfortable and confident in your choice, I’m offering an introductory/discovery session at 50% off.

This session is designed to:

✔️ Give you a chance to share your concerns in a safe and supportive space.

✔️ Help us explore whether we’re the right fit to work together.

✔️ Offer a glimpse into how counselling can support you in overcoming challenges like anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, or navigating neurodiversity.
