About me and my therapy practice
Are you falling into the same unhelpful patterns, perhaps weighed down by a current dilemma or the impact of past events? Are you struggling with relationships, neglecting your well-being, feeling responsible for others or taking too much on without knowing how to change things for the better? Do you feel the need to stop and rethink your life or that you’ve lost sight of your own needs and wants?
Sometimes we can feel broken for any number of reasons and not know where to turn or perhaps wish things were different. No matter what your situation is, I would love to work with you to figure out what makes you feel fulfilled and gives you purpose, and how you can have more of that. We can work together to help you feel calmer and more in control even through the most difficult times.
I will listen to your story, ask questions and try to understand what life means for you and support you through any emotional distress you are experiencing.
It can really help to talk to somebody outside the emotional attachment of family or friends, who is impartial and trained to listen and help.
I can help you rediscover your real self, find coping strategies and guide you towards a happier life.
I offer face to face sessions in my dedicated home-based therapy room in a quiet setting with off road parking. Alternatively, you may opt for phone or online sessions, offering you the flexibility to tailor your counselling to suit your lifestyle or geographical area.

My first session
You're welcome to book an initial, confidential 15-minute phone consultation free of charge so we can speak and see if we’d like to work together. We can also discuss whether you’d prefer face-to-face, phone or online counselling. Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll book your first session.
At our first session, we’ll ensure that you feel comfortable and settled, before discussing and agreeing how we’ll work together and what you’d like the focus of your counselling to be. Once you’re happy with what we’ve agreed your counselling will begin.
