About me and my therapy practice
Life can sometimes be difficult to cope with and counselling can be an invaluable support. As an experienced counsellor I aim to support you in finding a way through, and making some sense of, whatever situation you are struggling with.
Working together, we will try to understand your thoughts, beliefs, and experiences and what has led you to seek support. This learning and sharing of self really can lead to greater self-awareness and perhaps a fresh perspective on the circumstances you are experiencing.
It can feel daunting asking for help, but making the decision to see a counsellor is an investment in you. Already you are taking control, making a change, and striving to feel better.
I work from comfortable practice rooms in central Windsor with free parking and easy access by public transport.
In addition to my private practice in central Windsor, I also work for the Windsor and Maidenhead Youth and Community Counselling Service.
I am a qualified, registered integrative counsellor. I regularly attend continuing professional development training, and have appropriate professional supervision, indemnity insurance, and a DBS enhanced certificate.
