About me and my therapy practice

Therapy in Highbury – In-Person Counselling

Therapy can be a powerful tool for navigating life’s challenges, processing difficult emotions, and gaining clarity on what truly matters to you. I offer a warm, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings.

I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of concerns, including:

As an integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to your unique needs, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapies. My work is rooted in Person-Centred Therapy, ensuring a collaborative and compassionate space. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help identify and shift unhelpful thinking patterns, Psychodynamic Therapy to explore how past experiences shape current behaviours, and Existential Therapy to help foster meaning and acceptance.

What to expect from our sessions:

I offer a warm, supportive, and down-to-earth space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My approach is integrative, meaning I tailor therapy to your needs, drawing from different techniques to find what works best for you. Sessions can be focused and goal-oriented or more open-ended, depending on what feels most helpful.

Whether you're struggling with a specific issue or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be a valuable space to gain insight, clarity, and new ways of approaching challenges. Sessions are available online or in person in Highbury or Dalston.

My first session

In our 50-minute consultation session, we’ll explore what’s brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain from our time together, and how we might work to support those goals.

If it feels like the right fit, we can begin our work together.

Consultation sessions are offered at half my usual fee and can take place in person or online.
