I am Paramjeet Kaur, an experienced person-centred counsellor and integrative supervisor, fully accredited with over 25 years’ experience. I work with several approaches which over the years have helped clients on their journey towards personal growth and positive change.

Throughout my practice, I have worked with a large number of clients with a wide range of issues from anxiety, depression, substance misuse, relationship issues etc. I offer counselling and supervision in English, Punjabi and Hindi language.
