My approach to Clinical Supervision is Integrative and reflects on my own training in Gestalt, EMDR, CBT and Systemic Theories. I am also an EMDR Europe Clinical Supervisor/Consultant. My grounding is in a Person-Centred Humanistic approach with a firm belief in the BACP Ethical Framework. In supervision, I provide a space to explore and reflect on the therapeutic relationship; a space that is both creative and challenging and that offers support and the opportunity to develop your professional practice. I can offer 1:1 or group supervision online via Zoom. I am open to considering alternative arrangements where appropriate with regard to forming groups of Private Practitioners or within Organisations or Agencies. Please contact me to negotiate terms.

My Therapy hours (60minutes) according to availability are: 

Mondays between 9.00am - 7.00pm

Tuesdays at 6.00pm only

Wednesdays between 9.00am - 7.00pm

Thursdays at 6.00pm only

Fridays at 1.30pm - 5.00pm

I am unavailable outside of these hours and at weekends.

Everyone is unique and an expert on themselves. In recognising this, as an experienced EMDR Consultant and Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist, I know how important it is to be flexible and adaptable in my approach with respect to that uniqueness and diversity. I am experienced in both short and longer term work and provide a warm, confidential space to listen without assumption or judgment. I have extensive experience in working effectively with Relationship issues both with Individuals and Couples as well as in working with Anxiety, Depression, Anger Management and Stress. I am specifically trained and extensively experienced in working safely and effectively with people who have suffered from serious or traumatising events or situations in their lives. My training in EMDR and TF-CBT have both contributed to my offering an effective and positive way forward for people who have suffered, and continue to suffer, from such events.

Following lockdown in March 2020, I have further trained and gained extensive experience in working online via encrypted video conferencing platforms that ensure confidentiality is maintained.  It has become clear through these really difficult times that safe and effective work can be practiced through online media and is an area of work that I now fully support.
