I am available weeknights and Saturday, as i work  in  the  week. 

I work with a range of counselling issues such as bereavement, grief, anxiety and depression, relationship problems and peaceful separations. Some additional examples of my work is loneliness and isolation, mental health issues, parenting stress and employment based problems,  infidelity, also distrust in relationships.

More specialized work in sex and relationships is regulated by COSRT. ASTAC regulates my work with sex addiction.

I use person centered therapy and systemic and family approaches to help you through your journey. I am highly committed to you and will support your journey, I provide either face to face or online therapy for individuals and couples.

To fulfil the above work I am registered with BACP, COSRT and am also accredited with the NCPS as a counsellor. 

I have provided therapy for high profile figures, public services and serving HM forces, Police Force, NHS staff are all welcome with a blue light card, I will provide 20% discount. My experiences of being ex-military ensures I understand the culture of operational life.

Additional information

I will charge £60-90 on a pay per session basis. I do charge for programmes of therapy in advance where workbooks and journaling are involved, this is for sexually out of control behaviour.

I uphold the ethical and professional standards of therapy . I have worked for solicitors, the courts, and other large organizations, I have experience of working with high profile public figures. I provide high quality court reports where required.

I take payment the day before sessions and do not refund for non attendance, additionally, 24 hours notice is required to cancel.

My first session is about contracting and getting to know you, I may ask you to complete   some assessments, an online agreement if you are having online therapy.

I am trained by ACTO specifically to work online with clients and also I supervise  counsellors online.
