About me and my therapy practice
I work in a Person Centred and integrated way. Supervision with me is professional and friendly we work together to ensure that the client's needs and your own are being met and explored. I can provide Supervision face to face, online, by telephone or Whatsapp Video. I have very versatile availability and will always try my best to accommodate your busy working schedule.
If you are a student, my fee is reduced to £30.00 per session.
Practice description
I have a offices in Fochabers and Elgin town Centre. Both offices have private parking and are easily accessible, private, and very confidential.
My first session
I offer you a free first session of 30 minutes to discuss what you are looking for and how I work and answer any questions you may have.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer confidential, face to face, person centred counselling which is a different experience for each client as we are all unique individuals. My aim is to accept you as you are, to hear and understand you, and enter into a therapeutic relationship that is real and genuine in which I can help you to identify your issues and resolutions. I offer a safe place to explore feelings and emotions in a non-judgmental setting.
I am trained and work as a Person Centred Integrative counsellor and Supervisor in a confidential, relaxed and safe environment in the Elgin and Fochabers area of Moray. I am a Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and follow their strict ethical codes of good practice.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have been qualified and working as a counsellor for 15 years, I hold a Diploma in Person Centred Counselling and I am currently working towards accreditation.
I hold a COSCA Counselling Supervision Certificate.
I hold an ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) Certificate.
I Hold the BACP Voluntary Certificate of Proficiency and appear on the Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists which is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.
I have worked effectively with many different client issues in the voluntary sector and in my private practice and within large organisations and within agencies.
My work includes private clients, GP Referrals, Student Counsellor at RGU Aberdeen, Moray Council Employee Assistance Provider, I also undertake work for The Meningitis Trust.
I work with individuals 15 years and over.
