I have been a member of the core training team at the Psychosynthesis Trust in London and taught both on the Masters programme and on the PG Dip. I run CPD workshops with a colleague.

About me and my therapy practice
I work with individual adults face to face and over Skype, Zoom etc. I normally suggest an initial longer session (1.5 hours) which gives both a potential client and myself the opportunity to see whether we will work together well going forward.
I work both short-term (in a solution-focussed way) and long-term depending on the needs of the client.
