About me and my therapy practice

I offer a safe space to explore ways of dealing with distress, including a natural outdoor experience. I have practised in Children's Services the voluntary sector Charitable Trusts, and University settings. I also served in the Military for over 23 years. My specialist areas lie in sexually harmful behaviour and abuse/trauma. I currently support adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse with CHOICES.

I offer reduced rates for trainee counsellors.
