I am an experienced integrative therapist offering counselling sessions for adults and young people aged 14 and over.

As an integrative therapist I draw on various therapeutic styles and techniques to find ways of working that are right for you. I offer a welcoming, friendly and confidential space where you can be yourself, without fear of judgement.

Whatever struggles, emotional distress or questions bring you here, therapy is a space where you will be deeply listened to and supported, as you make your journey towards more ease and a more fulfilled, joyful life.

Practice description

My aim is to provide a compassionate and emotionally safe space to enable you to explore whatever challenges you may be facing. Through our mutual commitment and collaborative way of working, you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and discover new ways of being in relation to the world.

I have trained in, and work with a range of therapeutic models, including person-centered, compassion focused and relational therapy. I also offer creative ways of working to help us explore the space beyond words, using images, stories, and objects can be helpful for coming into contact with parts of us that aren’t so easily accessible to conscious thought.

I am especially interested in working with internal narratives and the benefits of exploring these.

I can support you with a broad range of issues, listed below.

In addition, I have extensive experience working in the following areas:

• children and young people

Having worked within the Health and Social Care sector for over nineteen years I have significant experience of the many difficulties and challenges that people encounter.

Service Manager - HMP Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service

Manager - Children and Young Peoples counselling service
